    How To Apply

    Apply to your upper and lower lash lines, or use your fingers to smudge into a shadow. For best use, remove the cap, twist counterclockwise multiple times (it may take several twists), and apply. Note: the propel pencil does not retract. No sharpener necessary.

    Isododecane, Cyclopentasiloxane, Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, Peg/Ppg-19/19 Dimethicone, Synthetic Wax, Hydrogenated Polydicyclopentadiene, Mica, C20-40 Alcohols, Silica, Nylon-12, Perfluorononyl Dimethicone, Polyglyceryl-4 Diisostearate/Polyhydroxystearate/Sebacate, Polyethylene, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Tin Oxide, Tocopherol. Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77499).
