I discovered Living Proof shampoo & conditioner 10 years ago, but still was using some of my previous heat resistance etc. my hair was pretty good. I read about only using LP products. What a difference! After I started using just LP. I can now let my hair air dry if I want & the shine is incredible. I have a gray streak on the left of my side part. I have been asked did I have it balayage.i always use the 5 in one treatment. I can shape for lift let it air dry (the treatment dry a little stiff) then brush my whole head. I get Bounce & Behaving hair!
