Most Shipments Will Arrive On Time

We are shipping out your order on time, and in most cases it will arrive on time. But in some cases, carriers including the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS are experiencing occasional delays of a day or two. As, I’m sure you can understand, we have no control over the carrier’s delivery time and recommend that you monitor your tracking number. This number is furnished to you by email once your order ships. Of course, you can also login to your LaLaDaisy account for tracking.

We charge sales tax as required by state laws. Recently due to a new Supreme Court ruling, all eCommerce stores are required to collect sales tax in many more states than ever before.

We take security very seriously. You should know that your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure SSL connection, which cannot be intercepted. All of your credit card information is encrypted by one of the most trusted eCommerce platforms in the world, Authorize.net. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to your bank for processing. LaLa Daisy does not have access to this information for security reasons. You can not save your credit card information on LaLa Daisy. If you wish, you may use features within your browser to save your credit card information, but LaLa Daisy will not have access to this information. Your credit card information is totally encrypted and sent directly to the bank when your order is processed.

We charge your card when your order actually ships.

As a general rule, discount codes may not be combined, so only one discount code may be used per order. Also, most discount codes may only be used once per customer.

We provide tracking information in your shipment confirmation email and you can login to LaLaDaisy website and see your shipping information.

You will receive an email or text notice, with your tracking numberwhen your order ships.

Within 30 days of your purchase you may return your purchase for a full refund or store credit, no questions asked. The product must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date you receive the product.

A Free Pre-Paid return shipping label will be provided for all store credit returns. A blank shipping label with our return address will be provided for customers returning for a refund. This is not a pre-paid label.

Secondly, you should know that our excellent pricing comes from our technology and our expertise in keeping our cost low. We buy in very large quantities and our proprietary purchasing system uses advanced analytics to optimize our inventories, thus reducing our inventory cost. You should know that all products do not have expiration dates. There are no current United States laws that require cosmetic manufactures to print expiration dates on the labels of cosmetic products. Some products have expiration dates based upon when the product was first opened. This is known as the “period-after-open-date” or PAO. This is usually 12 to 36 months and is depicted on the packaging by a universally accepted PAO Symbol.

 Prop 65 is a State of California law.

Any company selling products in the State of California (this includes brands, manufacturers, and both brick and mortar retailers and online retailers – like our Company) must comply with the law for every product being sold in the State of California.

If you do not live in the State of California, the law does not apply to you. However, since LaLa Daisy does sell into California, we have decided to do our best to comply with the Law’s very complex provisions and to do so throughout our entire website. Therefore, even if you do not live in the State of California, you may see Prop 65 warnings on some products.

This law in a somewhat different form has been on the books in California since 1986 and originally dealt with toxic chemicals in drinking water and everyday household goods. Originally there were 29 chemicals on the list.

The law was recently revised and now includes over 1,000 chemicals and includes food, drugs, dyes, pesticides, solvents, building materials, car exhaust, lead in crystal glassware, smoke and much more.

In order to qualify, the ingredient must be present in the product at a certain level. It is very difficult to determine these levels, so we have chosen to include the warning if the ingredient is included, even if we believe it is below the level requiring a warning. If any product we sell includes one of the 1,000 plus ingredients, at any level, we voluntarily display the Prop 65 warning even if you don’t live in California.

In Apple Safari:
