This gives a little extra look of volume to my lips. When it goes on you can feel it tingle a little, which tells you it’s working. It’s very shiny wet when it first goes on, but a few minutes later is when I feel like it looks the best when a little bit of that wet look goes away and your lips look smoother, because of the plumping effect.
