I've always used moisturizers with SPF and have been very frugal with the amount I put on because they're expensive! However, putting too little might be okay for moisture but isn't good for SPF protection. I found this (amazing and non-greasy) which allows me to put as much SPF on as I want while still allowing me to put a small amount of moisturizer. It's a win win situation. I never feel that I need to be frugal with the amount of SPF I put on now.
