30 Day Money Back Guarantee – For Unopened Products

Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why at LaLa Daisy, we offer a simple return policy. If your product is unopened, you may return the product for any reason for a full refund or store credit. The product must be returned to us unopened and in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.

A Free Pre-Paid return shipping label will be provided for all store credit returns. A blank shipping label with our return address will be provided for customers returning for a refund. This is not a pre-paid label. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for your purchase, or a store credit will be issued.

Once you return your product to us, it will be inspected and then destroyed. We do not return any products you send back to us, even if your refund is denied under our return policy.

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and product and email us with your order number to Service@LaLaDaisy.com. Photos are required and the product must be returned to us within 30 days of your original purchase. A Customer Service Representative will be in touch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We’ll send you a pre-paid return label for the return and at your option, we’ll replace the product or issue a refund to the original form of payment for your purchase.
