Julep Eyeshadow 101 – Eyeshadow Stick – Shade: Orchid Shimmer – is a cream-to-powder eyeshadow to stick that will blend easily with your fingers. No brush is required. You will enjoy that brilliant color and increased-proof properties that will last all day. The product is simple to use and has a built-in smudger for effortless blending. You can prime the product by applying an eyeshadow to the back of your hand. Then simply add it on to the smudger prior to the use.
Apply eyeshadow to lids and blend with fingers or the smudger before the color dries and sets. For best results, prime the smudger by applying the eyeshadow to the back of your hand and loading it onto the smudger prior to use.
