    Julep When Pencil Met Gel Eyeliner – Shade: Smokey Taupe Shimmer is a waterproof gel eyeliner pencil that will not smudge. This eyeliner has a smooth application and will not tug or skip. It sets fast, in 30 seconds, and is long lasting. The product is ophthalmologist tested.

    How To Apply

    Draw a line as Glide along the lash line and let set for 30 seconds. Smudge before the color sets, or create a clean and classic winged eye without any tugging or pulling.
