-Use weekly.
-After cleansing hair with Nutritive Shampoo (sold separately), apply a generous amount to wet hair.
-Massage or comb through mid-lengths and ends for an even distribution.
-Leave in hair for five minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
-For medium-to-thick, curly or coily hair, place a plastic cap over hair and leave on for 30 to 35 minutes for a deeper treatment.
-Rinse thoroughly.
