How To Apply

The original Laura Mercier technique:

-Work into Velour Puff by folding and rubbing the halves together.

-Tap off excess.

-‘Press and Roll’ to apply.

-Use a lightly saturated Secret Brightening Powder Brush (sold separately) in smaller areas.
