About the Product

PCA Skin Hydrating Facial Toner 7 oz. gives skin a much-needed boost when applied after cleansing and before your regular moisturizer. You’ll get an extra dose of hydration along with deep cleaning of dirt and debris that can clog pores and lead to breakouts. The weightless formula is gentle enough for daily use even with dry or sensitive complexions. Active ingredients include jania rubens extract for antioxidant protection against environmental damage, evening primrose oil to hydrate and soothe skin and lentil fruit, apple and watermelon extracts to help skin retain moisture and boost protection against free radicals. You’ll notice improvement to signs of aging such as discoloration, dark spots and fine lines. Like all PCA Skin products, this toner is never tested on animals. It’s also free of harsh, irritating synthetic fragrances and dyes. Use this product morning and night along with sun protection during the day to shield skin from UV rays. Fans of this formula say they notice an immediate improvement in skin texture and hydration.

How To Apply

After cleansing with appropriate cleanser, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount and apply in upward and outward strokes over the face and neck. Use once daily or as needed.

First time trying this toner. I’ve used the PCA nutrient toner for years and wanted to try something different. I really like the toner but I do not like the dispenser. I need to push down in just the right way to dispense product. Never had that issue with the nutrient toner.
