I have thick, coarse grey hair. This shampoo removed the brassiy yellow after two uses. I am a devoted fan of this brand. The conditioner was unlike ones I have used in the past...almost paste-like (in a good way), so you need less...it just melts into your hair and rinses clean! My choice for beautiful hair now! LOVE this brand!

I haven't had it more than two weeks, but I really like it so far. It goes on smooth and evenly. it doesn't irritate my eyes like some of the others do. Yay!
