How To Apply

Apply using the ultra-fine brush and allow 2 minutes for the eyeliner to set. Repeat as needed.To remove eyeliner, wet your eyes thoroughly with warm water and apply gentle pressure. blinc eyeliner will then slide off effortlessly from your eyelids without leaving any residue.
