Prepping Your Skin for Summer

Summer is finally here! You made it through the snow, the rain, and the cold. With the heat coming, you need to be ready to take good care of your skin. The sunshine is wonderful but definitely brings its own array of skin problems from UV rays, humidity, and extra oil and sweat, which can increase oil and clog pores.

Washing your face and using good products to protect it is talked about often. Is it important? Absolutely. However, skin care goes much further than just your face. Caring for the skin all over your body is not only mandatory but can boost your confidence in showing a little more skin this summer. Cleaning your skin is especially important in the warmer months. Take care to clean your face twice a day and keep the rest of your skin clean as well. In the summer, the heat can lead to the production of excess sweat and oils that can build up on your face and body.
